Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Rona App platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Rona App ("the Service"), which is wholly owned and operated by We Anchor Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("the Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
We Anchor Holdings (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Service following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
2. Description of Service
Rona App provides a platform that connects hotels with their guests, enabling seamless communication and service requests. The Service includes:
- Mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Huawei devices
- Web-based admin dashboard for hotel management
- Real-time notification system
- Request management and tracking
- Analytics and reporting tools
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Hotel Partner Responsibilities
Hotels using Rona App agree to:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate information about their property and services
- Train staff appropriately on the use of the admin dashboard
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not misuse or abuse the platform in any way
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests using Rona App agree to:
- Use the Service only for legitimate hotel-related requests
- Provide accurate information when making requests
- Not abuse or misuse the platform
- Respect hotel staff and other users
- Comply with hotel policies and local laws
6. Payment Terms
Hotels using Rona App are subject to subscription fees as agreed upon during registration. Payment terms include:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by We Anchor Holdings (Pty) Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rona App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
- The Service will be error-free or secure
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
We Anchor Holdings (Pty) Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data securely. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless We Anchor Holdings (Pty) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
